TabTrade Broker Review - What to Know Before You Sign Up

Tab Trade - What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Many people find it more natural after using both.

FIX API is available for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly in the works. That would be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for beginners.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.

Put together that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get holds up. Few brokers at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

This is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off is worth it is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you deposit.

Everything in one place, with regulation, withdrawals, pricing, website and more info the tab trade bonus terms, is at TradeTheDay.
